Participation & registration

Participation at Energy2021-Conference is sought from across Africa and globally. National and international actors influencing the energy sector (researchers, policy makers, entrepreneurs, investors, students and innovators) are expected to ensure the linkages between research and development on all research results and innovations that will be presented.

Interested authors must submit their abstracts by email to: energy2021_conference@cndtcameroun.cm

Only abstracts addressing the main theme or at least a sub-theme of the conference will be considered for presentation at Energy2021-Conference. We strongly recommend that papers should address policy recommendations and demonstrate a clear contribution to scientific knowledge.

The Organizing Committee of Energy2021-Conference wish to encourage scientific paper presentation from researchers in academia and research-based institutions, and innovative solutions presentation from practitioners/innovators in Energy sector.

Each abstract should include maximum five (5) keywords:

• Font type: Times New Roman, 12-point size
• Line Spacing: 1.5
• Author(s) Name(s) and affiliation(s): Centre alignment, 12-point size, superscripts for different affiliation (1, 2…)

• A brief bio-data + picture of the author(s) should be provided (but no included in the 300 words of the abstract)

Each paper will undergo a double-blind peer review process. Acceptance will be based on quality, relevance and originality.

Note: all conference participants automatically give their consent for the taking of images and their use

Conference fees & accomodation

This conference is completely free of charge.

Tea break, lunch, conference materials, certificate of presentation (for paper presenting participants) and certificate of attendance are supported by the National Committee for Development of Technologies (CNDT), an agency of the Cameroonian Ministry of Scientific Research and Innovation, in charge of technology transfer and development issues. Additional financial support will be offered by the University of Buea.
